He is a visionary person. Always thinks of long term gains. His 'NEVER EVER GIVE-UP' attitude always helps the entire team to learn something new. He is always there for clients and provides solutions beyond his job role. The way he engages the client and team is exceptional. I have never seen the kind of quality work he produces in any of my known people and of course he expects the same quality work from others. Lots of things to learn from him.
