Sunil has two parts to him; One playing the digital maverick and the other being a good friend. To his clients and colleagues he is better known to be the helpful dude who would address their digital concerns with ease and simplicity. No wonder he has won the admiration of most of his clients. A willing learner and an able teacher to who approach him he is always open to new ways and new approaches. All this comes through the hard work he puts in and the hands on approach he has to life, so much so I would believe he will always be successful in whatever he applies himself to.

Sunil was vital to our team’s achievements, providing the much-needed hi-tech fillip we incorporated in our CRM solutions for our clients. Apart from his continuous inputs to ongoing digital branding/CRM strategies for Kingfisher Airlines’ King Club, the Castrol Star Bandhan web project and ICICI Prudential’s HealthActive programme, his idea and development of the ING Chances for Children Facebook application deserves a special mention. Thanks to his patient endeavours, I’ve gained much of my knowledge on digital strategy and digital branding from him.

Started the year with a project from ING Hong Kong, where I had to create an ING Chances for Children Facebook app. It was the first of its kind at that time as it donated money to the United Nation's Children's fund for every user profile installation.
As a farewell to Wunderman, I re-launched their website to commemorate their new global brand identity. After which I joined Arc Worldwide / Leo Burnett as Business Director - Digital.
My first project at Arc India was to launch their website. This was the 3rd time that I had founded a global agency's online presence. Earlier ones being Rediffusion - DY&R and Wunderman India.

Castrol Star Bandhan pioneered the offline trade loyalty programme in the lubricants industry. With this web site it is also the first to go online. As a 'first time' initiative, this website is a case study on eCRM.

Worked on my first contest web site for Parle's new Strong Adult Mint - Xhale. The contest was promoted via various on-ground events and lasted 2 months. After this I worked on my first eCRM project for Castrol India. Here I launched their loyalty program onto the Internet with www.castrolstarbandhan.com. The website went on to become the first online loyalty program in the lubricants industry.
After participating in a successful pitch process for the Kingfisher Airlines frequent flyer program - King Club. I lead the revamp of its email communication to members and guests.
Later on in the year I was promoted to Head Digital Strategy for Wunderman India.

I have known Sunil for over 2 years and worked closely with him some innovative digital projects. He has a deep understanding of the medium and good creative eye. Sunil is a good 'people person' and has demonstrated that during his interactions with peers, clients and third party vendors.

Successfully created another online banner campaign for LIC and Taj Holidays. Both of which had came back to the agency with larger media budgets.
Designed and developed www.ingimasiapacific.com. With this website the ING Investment Management business units finally got their long awaited consolidated web identity for the Asia Pacific region.

Sunil and I have worked in the past and I must commend his ability to innovate designs and evaluates every design with a critical eye. His craving for learning new products within and outside his work domain helps him stay in tune with the world. Sunil is an extremely versatile, hardworking and innovative interactive professional who has single-handedly managed the interactive requirements of not less than 3 renowned sister companies at a time. His ability can be gauged from the, multiplicity of positional roles he covers and the kind of clients he has worked on. The asset that he is can hardly be valued in monetary terms alone. While I worked with him, there was no project that was insurmountable. Am sure more awards will add to his already gilt lined career.

Designed, developed and oversaw the execution of one my biggest online ad campaigns (for LIC) in terms of number of banners produced.
Founded the internet presence for Wunderman India and created the first ever online ad campaign for Taj Holidays. It was great to be part of such a moment in history for Wunderman and Taj Hotels.
My next project was to create a 90 page product web site for the new Tata Motors range of buses. The uniqueness of this web site was its buses virtual tour, that was a first of it's kind in its industry category.
Then I helped Sudler & Hennessey take it's first step into the cyber space with the launch of two diabetic footcare web sites www.savethefoot.com and www.plermin.com for their reputed pharma client - Dr. Reddy's. Both these websites were advertised nation wide during the World Diabetes Day.
For ING Vysya I launched India's first ever 'blog-based' life insurance marketing initiative - www.pickuradvisor.com. The success of it in India, led the initiative to be launched in the Hong Kong market.
