Eligibility:

• All employees of Bharti Cellular Limited (BCL), Western Region, comprising of the telecom Circles of Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa; Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh shall be eligible for the contest. The contest shall also be open to the employees of business partners of BCL namely, Vendors, Business Associates and Agencies. The sales team of the Western Region, their family members, and Franchisees, and their employees in the Western Region shall not be entitled to participate in the contest.
  
  
• The marketing team of Bharti Cellular Limited, Western Region and Wunderman Cato Johnson (WCJ) employees are eligible to participate in the contest. However, they will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
  
  
• All participating business partners will have to be certified by the nominated co-ordinators in that city.
  
  
• Participation in this program is purely voluntary.
  
  
• Only referrals submitted with all the mandatory information i.e., Name, Tel. No. & City correctly filled in, will be considered as valid.
  
  
• Referrals have to be of individuals. Referrals of corporate/ company or firm/ govt. bodies or any other institution shall not be considered for the contest.
  
  
• Only referrals for the telecom circles of Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa; Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh will be considered.
  
  
• Last date for providing referrals is 10th August 2002.
  Only referrals received on or before 10th August 2002 will be considered for the 'Lord of the Circles' contest.
  
  
• All activations done out of the referral data on or before
  10th September 2002 will be considered for the contest.
  
  
• Each valid referral name provided before 10th August 2002 shall be treated as one eligible entry for the 'Lord of the Circles' Lucky Draw.
  
  
• There is no limit to the number of entries for a participant.
  
  
• The referred person has to opt for a post-paid connection in his/ her name for it to be considered as a valid activation.
  
  
• If 2 participants provide the same referral, the participant who referred the contact first (as per the date and time of receipt of entry), will be given the credit of activation in the contest.
  
  
• Any referral found to be already active on the network will not qualify as a conversion/ activation.
  
  
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other prevailing offer.
  
  
• Names of employees of Bharti Cellular Limited cannot be given as referrals.

Winning Gifts and Prizes:

• A 'Lord of the Circles' Lucky Draw of participants who have submitted referral(s) shall be held on 15th August 2002 and 20 winners will be randomly selected. The lucky winners shall be eligible for prizes as announced.
  
  
• The winners shall be intimated by e-mail and the prizes shall be delivered to the winners within 4 weeks of the date of intimation, at the address mentioned in the contest entry form.
  
  
• All gifts and prizes will be announced one week after the closing date of the contest.
  
  
• The participant whose references result in the maximum number of activations will be crowned the 'Lord of the Circles'.
  
  
• In case of 2 or more employees having the highest number of activations, the winner shall be decided by a draw of lots.
  
  
• The 'Lord of the Circles' will win a FREE, all-expenses-paid holiday for two adults at a Taj hotel in Sri Lanka for a period not exceeding 3 nights. This will include all connecting travel fare from the city of residence to Sri Lanka (including taxes).
  
  
• The Taj holiday package to Sri Lanka is made on a ‘best effort‘ basis and the booking is subject to availability. Terms and conditions of Taj Hotels Palaces and Resorts apply.
  
  
• The winner, at his own cost and expenses, shall complete visa and other formalities.
  
  
• A participant who has obtained a particular level of activations cannot subdivide the gift-level won for gifts of lower levels. Prizes announced cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
  
  
• Prizes are subject to availability and may vary from those mentioned in the communications.
  
  
• Any referral which gets activated due to the fact that the referee works with a corporate, with whom Bharti Cellular Limited has a corporate deal, will not qualify as an activation. (Applicable only to employees with company paid/ reimbursed corporate tariff plans)

• Bharti Cellular Limited is not responsible for quality of the gifts given or the validity of the guarantee and warranty of the prizes.
  
  
• Delivery of gifts and prizes will be made only to addresses in India.
  

• Entry into the contest is deemed acceptance of all the conditions contained herein.
  
  
• The decision of BCL in respect of the contest will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  
  
• BCL reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify this contest and its terms, at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity with or without notification and without assigning any reason.
  
  
• Disputes of an entrant with Bharti Cellular Limited are subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai.
